Re: Derozan Era Begins!!! Yea, I have him on Facebook and he seems to be ready to go. Today vs. the Lakers should be a fun game. I think DeRozan will be a monster. He just wants to be the best, and that's great to see.

Re: Derozan Era Begins!!! From Raptors Republic: Guess the statline doesn't reflect the reality all that well, because I thought Roko must've had a pretty decent game. They seemed pretty happy with DeRozan's game despite his unimpressive statline. He was supposedly pretty fluid, assertive with his drive, and played good D, but his shot wasn't falling. O'Bryant sounded like a waste of space. As did Douby. Let's see how the next game plays out.
Re: Derozan Era Begins!!! i did'nt get to see the game but apparently we can see it on justin tv. tomorrow the games at four, so ill get the opportunity to evaluate him for myself. although, it looks like derozan is getting killed on real gm.
Re: Derozan Era Begins!!! The Lakers vs. Raptors game was the only one I watched. DeRozan looked like you're typical raw athletic package, that doesn't amount to being much more than a mediocre NBA player. He managed to miss a dunk, get blocked by Adam Morrison, and shutdown by Adam Morrison on a game tying shot opportunity with less than 14 seconds in the game. He looked as bad as his statline. Of course it's just one summer league game. He wouldn't be the first player to look like garbage in summer league, and then do well in the league.
Re: Derozan Era Begins!!! that was just cruel, particularly the part about being shut down by adam morrison. nevertheless, derozan in the highlights looked okay, although, it looks like he seriously need to work on his handles.
Summer League commentators truly are terrible. I feel like they pair Rick Kamla with the first senile old man they find out in the streets.
