Does anybody have some good work-out schedules/tips? I'm starting to work-out consistently for the first time (I'm not fat, in fact I'm too skinny) and I want to put on some muscle mass especially on the arms and upper-body in general. I'm fit and get plenty of cardiovascular exercise so I don't need any help with that. I'm looking for a pure weight-lifting schedule as I found myself in the gym not knowing where to start. Try a 3/1 SPLIT. Meaning M/T/W - ON Th - OFF F/S/S- ON Mon- OFF You know what a mean. lol your wanting size? Limit yourself to on muscle group a day. Hit your legs after a day off.
