    I told KP that my close friend was in the hospital having the same procedure for the same heart condition as Lamarcus Aldridge, and two hours later a package arrived at the hospital containing some Blazers gear and get-well-soon wishes from the Blazers.

    I don't care what anyone says about KP, he has a "get out of the doghouse free" card, as far as I'm concerned.

    I don't have a problem with national media taking shots at KP . . . in fact maybe that is what is needed to eliminate any mystique that has been built up about him.

    The fact that KP is going through some rough times and how he handles these rough times could be used to get rid of any animosity against KP . . . if any exists.
