Concur. Much like why the shows I generally like to watch on the TV get canceled, while we're on Survivor 323 or something and General Hospital's been on for 40 years.
It's uncanny how I hadn't heard of that show until this morning, and you are the 2nd person in 2 hours to drop that on me. I was thinking specifically of Studio 60 and Love Monkey--though I really would like the Ed DVDs to come out.
Gee, the thread title is pretty provocative, don't you think? I opened it to see if it was true, and I posted in order to vent my frustrations with the media frenzy going on right now. I hope that's alright with you. I just wish all of these stories would go away and leave us alone. People are getting more worked up over the death of Michael Jackson than they would a member of their own family. We don't spend a second mourning the death of a U.S. soldier in Iraq, but we go into an orgy of "mourning" over a child molestor and a freak. Unbelievable.
