    Bucher reported that Buss was looking at Odom's deal being $18 million a year because of the luxury tax. I don't know how accurate that is, but I could see why he wouldn't want to pay that.

    Franklin (Brand New) told me about the site. Go check it out, it's filled with Sasha/Jordan fanboys.

    Anyways, I dunno if this is true or not. Not everyone there is an idiot (although it seems like most are), and the guy who reported this news is a mod there. But a couple posts after he mentions that his source is 75% correct with info, and told everyone not to celebrate just yet. I just find the timing odd, I doubt LO signs anywhere until he figures out what happens with Portland. Also I've been hearing Pat Riley and Miami are really going after LO as well. Doubt he comes up with a decision that fast.

    If this is true, good news. But I'd think it would've been reported already.

    I just don't get why Odom would go to Miami for 5 years and the full MLE.

    Sounds stupid. W/e happens, we'll be fine.

    Because he just wants 5 years. Period. Even if it means making less money in the long run. I dunno how that makes sense, but it's Lamar.

    That's why I've been saying all along, Mitch and Jerry should stop fucking around trying to appease him by offering reasonable contracts and just give him the MLE. That way, LO is happy, he stays for 5 years (years > money). And Jerry only pays around half per year than the contracts he was offering. I think he can bite the bullet for 2 years with MLE money. The only issue IMO is this year, and maybe next. After that all our shitty contracts will be off the books. MLE money works for both sides.

    There was something on LG last night saying that the 5 year MLE offer equates to more money than the 4/36 because of the no income tax in Florida or some shit.

    I hate Beasley anyways. He is lazy, stupid, immature, tweener, and doesn't play defense. The exact opposite of Smush Parker.

    If Miami is dumb enough to trade Beasley for LO, we should try to package Beasley with AMMO and Jordan. I'm sure there will be tons of interest.
