I think it's really cool that the pacers are taking their time and trying to add character guys and develop their own talent. I hope this whole rebuilding experiment works out for them so other teams will start doing it too. I'm sick of players getting payed crazy amounts of money when they really aren't that special, like ben gordon this year.
