That was a terrible correction, but it fit his mouth movements pretty well. The one that has always stuck out to me is from the movie Stripes when one of the soldiers reacts to Bill Murray's character costing everyone their weekend pass. It's a closeup on the guy's face, so there's no mistaking that he says, "Nice going, ASS-hole." Yet the edit is, "Nice going......jerk." In the original he really stretches out the word asshole (no pun intended) but the edit is a meek and quick "jerk" in a voice clearly not from the original actor.
