Deng is healed. He's still got two full months to work on his game. So management says "Deng's 100%, (We won't miss BG at all). Come buy season tickets." But they tell Deng there is no way in hell he's playing for GB, after all, he is there money guy at this point. And no matter what they say, management never wants its guys playing internationally, so Deng comes out and says he isn't 100% yet to save face in England. I don't see anything unusual or new here.
