    yeah he just did. Talk is the Cavs are making a run at Powe for their BAE. Only sticking point is that Powe wants a player option for the second year (meaning the Cavs won't have Bird rights) but the Cavs don't want that, as they could help him rehabilitate his knee and get nothing in return.
