    Good for him. I think I preferred Shaw, Byron Scott and JVG over him anyway, though.

    There are a couple other rumors, from one of our local guys, and yahoo! sports' Marc Spears that says Jackson has the job. Don't be so sure just yet.

    I don't really care much for our assistant coaches as long as the on in charge is Phil or someone very capable.

    id love for him to get the job. it will make the race for the lakers coaching job a lot more competitive, rambis will have 1st hand exp.

    I agree. I think Shaw can produce better results because he seems to have a tighter relationship with the players.
