What I want to know is, if Rubio comes over would ya'll be willing to trade Flynn? If you say yes to that one, the next question is do you have any interest in one of Bayless, Outlaw, Blake or Webster?

i would be all for trading flynn, not for anything on the blazers roster though. We need either an elite wing, or to trade big al in my opinion. If rubio is what he is supposed to be, we need wings. Kahn says he wants to run, and i don't see big Al fitting that role at all, especially after the surgery. Another thing that worries me about Al is he is sort of like a zach randolph shareef abdul raheem player. I'm saying he isn't better than those guys, but he doesn't seem to care much about defense at this point in his career, and he seems to mope around a lot and not hustle as much as i'd like. I hope i'm wrong, but if i'm right about him and we want to commit to being a running team, we won't get any higher value for him than at the deadline this year.

If the Wolves end up hiring Kurt Rambis he's going to require everyone hustle and play defense.

No, but we would probably be interested in Rudy, which I'm sure you guys wouldn't. If Rubio comes over, we would likely trade an expiring or two ( one of Richardson, Wilkins, Atkins) and go for something a little better than a backup, or borderline starter (although I think Webster could be pretty good given the chance).

    Franken...I'm disappointed BF.

No. I post articles that are relevant to the discussion. But I agree that this "rumor" doesn't look very real.

I for one, am hoping that Rubio does raise enough money to pay the buy-out and come to Minnesota. I'm a big fan of his game and I think Minny deserves to watch such a promising player after enduring the McHale reign.

Rubio has to be more creative with this though! Endorsement deals are one thing, but there are so many other proven ways to raise enough money:
