he's not going to get any playing time (thank god) and he's going to pout like a little girl. I know its coming, he's going to be a cancer in the locker room. KP needs to man up and admit he made a mistake bye drafting this bust in the first place. But he wont because his ego is bigger then china. Get ready for a year of as the blazers turn.

First I've never read anywhere that Bayless pouts. And I've never heard of him being a cancer. Why not see what he learns from Miller. Miller is a player like him who is good at taking it to the rim but not a great outside shooter. While I'm not that optimistic, I'd like to see if Bayless can learn from Miller on how to set up his teammates. That is worth giving him one more season on our roster.

when asked about his good play at the end of a blowout last year he said he doesnt care because it was at the end and it doesn't mean anything. trust me he's gonna blow this year because he has been expecting those backup minutes all off season until now. 1 year of sitting is a lot diffrent then 2 years for a lottery pick. he will be a cancer around december

6 out of your last 10 posts have been to complain about ignoring/trading one poster. There is a bit of irony in knowing this, isn't there?

I think it's a valid concern. Guys that drop in the draft like Bayless dropped often turn out to have done so for good reason. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Bayless started complaining about lack of playing time before the trade deadline.

At this point, it's fair to say that there was a reason that Bayless fell in that draft. The question now is whether or not last year's team would have been better with Jarrett Jack or Steve Blake at the back-up PG spot instead of Sergio.

Even if he keeps his mouth shut...he isn't going to like the situation he is in, and you can't blame him. In fact, you wouldn't want him to like it. He is a competitor, and stuck on the bench behind players he won't be able to beat out. I'm sure he'd like a chance to play and claim a spot for himself in the NBA.

He isn't likely to get that opportunity in Portland. It would be better for Bayless if we did send him somewhere else.

Why is that the question? Do we really care about the answer? Last season is done and in the books. We can't go back, we can't undo our personnel moves. We've addressed concerns with the pg position. Time to move forward.
