What guys do you think you need to improve this team?Heres what I think you guys lack1. A big man with a defensive presence. 2.Rebounding3.Better offense from the bench.4. A backup PG.

i say it's between Andrea Bargnani and Randy Foye. Hopefully, Bargnani slips. i would rather have a veteran PG than another rookie.

It's hard to say until the lottery. If by a miracle the C's win the lottery who would you like them to take. I can honestly say that I have no idea. This draft class seems like it's full of a bunch of role players to me.

Randy Foye would be a solid pick or Cedric Simmons.

if they got the first pick, the celtics should pick LaMarcus Aldridge otu of texas. He has a good mid range, and they are missing that from their big men. Gomes has an okay midrange, but Aldridge would be the ideal high post for them.

Raef has a decent midrange game, but I wouln't mind if they moved him this offseason if they could. Aldridge would be great for them, but where does that leave Big Al?

What are the chances of Boston actually getting the first pick though?

I just used that as an example to demonstrate how uncertain I am about this years draft.

Aldridge can play Center, too, although he would be roughed up. Big Al is strong enough to guard Centers, they could both be on the floor at the same time.

Are you suggesting either Big Al or Aldridge would start at center?

no, i would like to see Gomes and Perk start, with Al and Aldridge come off the bench.

Ok Im back..I havent been posting much here lately..In the 1st round I say pick up Brandon Roy a sure fire player that can get minutes and can contribute right away, and he can back up PP..Green can back up Wally. In the 2nd round I think the C's need to pick up Hilton Armstrong a HUGE defensive presence and a great player, with some upside..He'll be a nice player on the Celtics I think

well, this leaves no room for the sprouting tony Allen. I love Roy, tho. If he could make the transition to PG it would be perfect.

well, i think he has the potential to be a class A or B defender in the league. Size may be an issue, but he has the ahtleticism and mentality to be a great defender in the league. And he can get out on the break. He finishes well in transition and he runs the floor well.

You could always trade him..And draft a guy like Brandon Roy that will contribute more than Allen will and hes younger..Allen is good in transition, but so is the whole celtics team.

when i said he was good, i meant even in comparison to the rest of the team. He gets out ahead of everyone and gets easy buckets. that's good for the team.
