    I think Frye is going to surprise some people this year. When he was given minutes, he produced. However, Nate preferred Travis with the 2nd unit, and that didn't leave many minutes for Channing.

    Although I don't know if he plays college ball or not. I thought I read he wasn't going to.

    That was my impression as well. IIRC, he was offered one or more basketball scholarships, but opted for football.

    Anybody remember Bruce (brother of Bill) Walton? He was a pretty good high-school basketball player, but he quickly figured out Bill was on a whole different level than he was. When he went to college, he concentrated on football, and wound up having a decent career with the Dallas Cowboys.
