Demolish Memorial Coliseum. Use the land for a major league baseball/football stadium. Next!

Great, another quirky development. Just what this town needs.

    Dare I say...Keep it Weird!

Here's hoping they put forth some good ideas. I wonder how to get on that committee. I might send Mr. Adams an email requesting more information on that.

Jesus. How fucking hard would it be to put up some condos, some rental properties, some office space, perhaps a hotel all with ground level retail? You know, something that might actually generate revenue for the City?

Generate revenue?!?! Move back to Claifornia buddy! We don't need no stinking revenue.

Uhm, yeah, couldn't agree with you more. Sure people will drive to an area to hang out, drink, etc. there. But it's going to be a lot easier to get people to pay money in an area if they are around there frequently. Frequently as in actually living close by. If people lived close to there, people would shop close to there, drink close to there, eat close to there, and so on. But, what do I know?

Quirky? Naw. Just a bunch of chain restaurants is more like it.

Put a giant Costco-size strip club there! That's where we'll have the first annual HCP meet n greet.

I'm not sure the costco model works for strip clubs. I know if I went to a strip club I wouldn't be interested in the giant enormous size strippers.
