    Portland used all of their off-season imaginary cap space on the imaginary Andre Miller.

    Portland will have $2 million of imaginary cap space once the season starts when the imaginary rights to European players go off the books.

    Right now, Portlnd has 1.1 million in cap space. Once the season starts they will have 2.7 more.

    I think we should wait until the season starts before filling in any more positions. I'd like to see if we have a backup 4 already on the roster and see how Webster/Batum are panning out before refining the team further.

    No. Teams under the cap are forced to renounce those if they use their cap space.
