It's disgusting when people use people's hope and faith to enrich themselves, whether it's Jim Bakker or Jesse Jackson.
It really is. I'm tired of religions receiving the benefit of the doubt from the government, when it comes to their tax-exempt status (including my own). I think this particular movement is especially frustrating, because it's moving people towards a materialistic mindset where their faith is motivated by what it'll give them. I suppose that's a sign of the times.
u cant stop slagging black dudes. jesse jackson is an american hero in my humble opinion- he negotiated the release of american hostages in cuba as well as yugoslavia. he's also fought tirelessly for civil rights throughout his life. what have u done for your country lately?
Nice try, hotchko. Another swing and a miss. If you can't figure out Jesse Jackson's or Al Sharption's game yet, then you're actively not paying attention.
