    It's not done yet Kaz. Don't want to get too ahead of ourselves now.

    I think he was apart of the Oberto trade. He wasn't getting minutes in Detroit, so giving him away meant nothing for them.

    You don't want to get too hyped up about Amir Johnson. There are lots of big man prospects like him, and there have been plenty over the years. But he's worth taking a chance on, considering we're giving up a player we don't have the money to sign and a raw prospect who we don't have minutes for. Johnson has great athleticism. He's a strong natural rebounder and a decent defender. But his offensive game is unpolished and he picks up fouls too easily (probably because of his lack of strength). It'll be interesting to see if he gets any minutes in our rotation. The way I see it, it's like bringing in Pops with a better NBA body.

    Barring a major brainfart by the Bucks front office, I'm hoping we don't take back a second player in this deal. I'd rather have the roster spot to either find a minimum deal on the market or leave open for flexibility during the season.

    Johnson is an athletic shot blocker. If we could combine him, Evans, and Bargnani, we'd have a perfect centre.
