No sir. Metallica's shit is practically indistinguishable from track to track. If they 'invented' that way of playing, then it shows, because its crude as hell. About the length, Metallica pretty much tries to make epics with every fucking song, and 99% of the time they fall flat. It ranged from very poor to just disgusting. Back then, very poor. Good choices. I'd also throw on Use Somebody and a few others. But I love that band, picked up all four of their CDs over the past couple months. I want to see them live, and they're going to be within about a 4 hour drive a couple times in the next month and a half, but I don't know if I really want to drive that far. We'll see.
