    through some of the other sports forums controlled by Sports Two and this forum, the blazer one is booming with followers compared to every other forum.

    Why is that? Did a blazer fan start this site? And was able to promote this one forum through other blazer forums like Oregon live?

    Seems weird that this one forum has tons of people and some others barely have one or two followers.

    I'll answer the question seriously, to the best of my ability. There is a certain coterie of posters who follow each other. When one site becomes filled with trolls or the moderating gets too onerous, these posters move. They were previously at this site: http://www.basketballforum.com/portland-trail-blazers/. Before that they were at Fanhome and then ESPN before that.

    For those that are part of the Wondering Posters Group, please correct any errors I have made.

    As I recall, the horde first coalesced at FanHome (though it was originally called HoopsBoard). They came from various places like O-Live and BLT (Blazers List Talk). Then it moved to BBB. During the, hmm, roughly 6 years at BBB, there was an influx from ESPN so there's now a sizable group of posters among this group who originally knew each other at that board.
