    The first few weeks everyone is really open and looking to make friends. Its a free pass to start a convo with anyone about anything and get digits/plans for later really easy. After people have established a group of friends its more difficult.

    no. can't say i've really had many good experiences with them either though.

    frats are full of douche bags. maybe it's different in canada, but that's how it is.
