Ehh. Kinda forcing teams into a trio. Lamar isnt in the Lakers trio, even though he was a better player than Ariza last year and Ron hasnt actually played with the Lakers yet. But whatever. Celtics have the top rated trio, but it doesnt include Rondo who was their best player last year.
I agree, this lists are just for fun because they have no real relevance in who will be the best TEAM.
Durring this time of year, any sort of basketball discussion is welcome, even if it is about the best trio's in the NBA.
I think we have the best Trio regardless, but whatever. The other two groups have some real injury concerns to think about.
Our "trio" is Kobe/Pau/Ron but you could switch out Ron, maybe even Pau some nights for LO or Drew. That's how talented we are.
Why focus on trios when most superpower teams have quads??? Lakers: Kobe, Gasol, Bynum, Odom SA: Parker, Manu, RJ, Duncan Orl: Nelson, VS, Shard, Dwight Boston: Rondo, Allen, Pierce, KG Cavs: LBJ (counts for 2 players LOL), Mo Will, Shaq, BTW, LOL at Ray Allen being a top 5 SG... i can name 8 way better SG's than him: Kobe, Wade, Roy, Redd, VC, Joe Johnson, Ben Gordon and Manu. how is that top 5? LOL
BTW, IT WAS KOBE's BIRTHDAY AND NONE OF YOU LAKER FANS TOOK TIME TO MAKE A THREAD LOL I had an excuse since i was out of the country travellin... LOL
Awww.... Don't fret that much brah, he's still got a nice 3 years left. As long as he saves something for the post-season like last year, that is what counts. He may have been taking it easy but he was close to his prime in that playoff run, it was sensational.
