    Say what you will about Everton's disastrous start to the 2009 season--Burnley United is justifying their place in the EPL.

    Burnley stunned the Toffees today for their second win at Turf Moor. 'Wade Elliott's 34th-minute strike gave the Clarets their second top-five scalp of this fledgling season.' The 1-0 win puts Burnley into a five-way tie for second place behind Tottenham, though three of those tied teams have a game in hand.

    Burnley lucked out again when Louis Saha missed on a penalty kick. Last week Michael Carrick was stopped on a PK.
