1998 - Michael Olowakandi (#1) & Robert "Tractor" Traylor (#6) 1999 - Jonathan Bender (#5) & Alek Redojevic (#12) 2000 - Marcus Fizer (#4) & Jerome Moiso (#11) 2001 - Kwame Brown (#1) & Rodney White (#9) 2002 - Nickoloz Tskitishvili (#5) & DeJuan Wagner (#6) 2003 - Darko Milic (#2) & Mike Sweetney (#9) 2004 - Rafael Araujo (#9) & Luke Jackson (#10) 2005 - Fran Vazquez (#10) & Yaroslav Korolev (#11) 2006 - Adam Morrison (#3) & Sheldon Williams (#5) 2007 - Acie Law (#11) & Julian Wright (#13) Looking back at 2006 draft class there was a lot of lottery picks who haven't done much.
Luke Jackson should be up there IMO. Cavs notably overlooked Al Jefferson (granted, they thought they had Boozer), Josh Smith, JR Smith, Jameer Nelson, Delonte West and Anderson Varejao for Jackson, who was awful. Think, if the Cavs had Jefferson, how good they would look right about now.
The biggest draft busts are the Bobcats. They get less value every time. They've never picked the BPA.
