    It's common in pop culture to talk about "venting anger," but the truth is it often just seems to reinforce the habit of being angry.

    Obviously, if you are angry about a particular issue, it's always a good idea to discuss it with somebody to work it out. Even if it means getting really angry. But I've never felt like it's terribly productive to work out general feelings of rage by acting enraged.

    I suppose it was just a matter of time. But I'm gonna miss him for the next week before college football starts. Trolls are annoying when there's something going on and they're cluttering things up. But they can be a fun distraction when there's nothing going on.

    My hypothesis is that the mods don't have a lot of patience with people who compare ignorant posters like StoryTeller to cast members of their favorite 80's shows. Kinda like if I said barfo reminded me of Candace Cameron in the workout-till-I-passout episode of Full House....you'd see a line through my name, too. And then I'd have to resurrect the O-Live BannedBrian account.
