    Nice to see him working out this summer. Looks like Ego Ears convinced him to do yoga. That's a good thing. I wish Drew did yoga, it could help him stay healthy during the season.

    Doing yoga should help his back ailments and keep him flexible. Hopefully his yogi instructor can also give him some pointers on nutrition.

    ive known a few people who had to quit yoga due to the back problems they had doing it! geez, hope lamar doesnt inflame his injury to his back. he should do pilates instead, that stuff is fantastic, it adds like 10-20 years to your life span, its amazing. but yeah boxing is the best for endurance, its what i do time to time, but im a bit lazy with it.

    Yeah Yoga has to be done correctly and with the right form otherwise you will screw something up. You also have to be committed to doing it at least 4 or 5 times a week. I tweaked a neck muscle doing a move wrong a few weeks ago.

    I agree with you Pilates is fantastic. It's really humbling when you first start out.
