There are idiots and nutcases spread all across the political spectrum. These particular idiots and nutcases happen to be on the right side of the issue, regardless of their reasons.
Very true. right side politically, or right side "correct" wise? They may be on the right side (politically) but they are hardly factually correct in many (if any) of their claims. Especially the chanting of "get a job', when it's actually the people who have jobs and no insurance that is a major issue here. Not just the easy "free loader" implication they made.
They're correct to oppose the nationalization of health care coverage. If the government wants to provide universal health care, they should hire doctors, not insurance agents, lol...
Cindy Sheehan sounded like a nut, too, but I don't recall the Left saying her arguments proved that the Iraq War was just.
I gave that guy the benefit of the doubt. I figured that he had been reading up on the constitution and saw the bit about the actual U.S.S. Constitution and his nerves/anger/excitement just got the better of him and he misspoke. I'd personally love to see Old Ironsides.
I guess the difference would be that Cindy Sheehan actually had something to be upset about (her dead kid). "I learned from Michael Savage" isn't quite such a compelling story, somehow. barfo
It is if you wanted to learn how someone became a racist, bigoted, xenophobic, reactionary and if they were named Jane, became an ignorant slut.
