Randy's last fight (UFC 102) earned him a reported quarter million plus the fight of the night bonus, which was sixty grand. His PPV cut probably will push his earnings up over a million for the fight. If he's making even double that on his next contract, let alone six times, he's coming close to making a million without bonuses and PPV cuts. This is reportedly the deal the UFC offered Fedor Emelianenko--over a million per fight plus a PPV cut.
What are the odds he comes to UFC in the next few years? I'd like to see him fight Brock and Kimbo (If Kimbo wins TUF, which I think he will)
As long as Fedor and M-1 are together, he'll never be in the UFC. If he ever is in the UFC, it'll be when he is about to retire or some shit. It is bullshit and really taints my view on Fedor. I hope the same doesn't happen to Mousasi. I like Randy down at 205. I think he'll be able to create some interesting matchups. Honestly, I want to see what kind of game plan he can draw up for Machida.
