Matt is getting thrown to the wolves... I trust Schwartz knows what he is doing. And I hope the line can protect him.

He showed he was already better than Culpepper. I trust Linehan will protect Stafford with some great playcalling. I like the move.

    Good luck, Matt.

I'm an in the closet Lion fan by way of my dad. He's from Detroit and has been a die hard fan for years. I'm hoping they can turn it around, because I do enjoy watching them for some strange reason.

I enjoy the Lions as well, mainly because my HD feeds are from Detroit so I get all there games.

It must be because you are a Lakers fan. You must be feeling some strange guilt from deep down inside and so you have to root for the shittiest underdog the past 50 years. :devilwink:

I cannot wait for the season opener. The Saints are gonna put up 40 on the D, but I'm so pumped to see Stafford to Calvin. And Kevin Smith is gonna have a big year too. After last year's debacle I promised myself I wasn't gonna pay for the Sunday ticket. But I'm getting the ticket, the super fan pack, buying a new Calvin throwback, going to the game in Seattle and splurging money on a nice hotel so I can get shitfaced and enjoy the game. I'm probably gonna burn $1000 on the Lions this year. Stafford has brought me some true hope for a brighter future.
