We haven't really heard much about anyone this offseason, for that matter.

All I know is that Pau is in Europe. Sasha got cut. Ron is working out and being crazy. Kobe is working out. LO is boxing and dating people. Beyond that I've heard nothing. This offseason has been really boring.

I just love how in today's world of updating and everything, when an athlete isn't heard from, it is grounds to write an article.

What facebook, myspace, and twitter have done...

Well, there were reports of him training with Howard this offseason. If that is true, I expected to see a lot more media attention about it,and was hoping for some pics/stories of Bynum turning into an explosive beast.

Didnt I read somewhere Dwight is off traveling around the world or something?

    Drew Update: Doing Well

    http://lakers.freedomblogging.com/2009/09/08/for-those-wonderingbynum-is-doing-well/22171/

I'm a little disappointed he didn't work out with Dwight this summer. On the other hand, besides maybe lifting weights, I don't really see any benefits he could've gained with Dwight. I'm happy to hear he's been working hard with his trainer in Atlanta. Can't wait for the season to start - fuck David Lee btw

Don't know what he could have learned from Dwight. Last I knew, he didn't have any post moves other then spin and dunk.

Practicing against one of the best defensive centers in the league is always going to be helpful. Not to mention Dwight could show Andrew what he does to be able to jump so damn high. Andrew needs to get some hops and explosiveness back.

Bynum will be a $15 million dollar player this year, just you wait.

    Exactly.

Not to mention learning the Howard's mental approach to defending the rim and being a rebounding machine. Bynum needs to take more pride on the defensive end and not get excited only when he has the ball in the low post. Preventing an opponent from scoring two points should be just as satisfying as scoring two points on offense.

I'm glad Bynum's knee is back to normal and it sounds like he's keeping in shape. This is a big year for him and his impact on the team probably means the difference in repeating as champs.
