Solid job replacing Ricky Rubio for the time being.

Sessions / Flynn / Daniels is a versatile and deep point guard rotation. Kurt Rambis should be able to work with those three.

Why won't they match Sessions? He's a nice young point guard and that seemed like a decent deal.

Milwaukee drafted Brandon Jennings and they still have Luke Ridnour & Charlie Bell. This a great opportunity for Sessions.

Yeah but I'm just wondering why they went through the trouble of getting the somewhat Dubious Jennings. Sessions isn't exactly a chump and I thought they could improve another position instead.

sessions is a great pg. he is probably going to do more for this team than rubio could have done so its better that he's on. the guy is a machine when given the chance and this coming season he will lift the wolves a little higher, and it will be his big breakout once he secures a permanent starting gig in the wolves pg lineup. i love this signing because i want to see the wolves do well after all the years of mediocrity under the "leadership" of KG and the past few seasons completely horrid lineups. good signing and a great opportunity for a great player.

It was a weak draft and you could argue Jennings fell to them and they went ahead and selected the BPA. His dominant games in the summer leagues was enough for them to let Sessions leave for zero compensation. Last off season they let Mo Williams leave. The team has been coping with financial issues and I guess they view Jennings as cheaper, younger and more upside than Sessions.
