    As far as I know that only pertains to Madden and maybe the cover of SI. I could be erroneous though.

    Madden for injuries, SI for losing after being on the cover.

    Madden thought they had beat their jinx last year by putting Favre on the cover. Then, Favre comes back and tears his bicep late in the season, and the Jets go down in flames. :lol:
