What team do you think will upset in the playoffs?I think maybe the Lakers,Pacers, maybe Clippers also.
Any team with Kobe Bryant on it can pull an upset. If the Lakers play Phoenix they WILL win that series. I say Lakers in 6 or 7.
The way the Pacers are playing right now there is little hope that they will even win a game in their series. They are looking at the possibility of not even making the playoffs. They won't upset anyone.IMO the Clippers are a team to look out for. The veteran leadership of Sam Cassell, the inside play of Elton Brand, Corey Maggette, and the nice bench they put together. Also Chris Kaman has really evolved this year.
Sacramento is not able to play denver. it wont happen in the playoffs.I thought it would be Wizards, but LBJ is injured now. So that makes it interesting. Also the Pistons will destroy whoever they play.
Whoever gets 6th seed out West, and Kings could upset Suns if they matchup. I don't buy Lakers beating anyone because they got Kobe. One person doesn't beat a team in 7 games.
Wow the Nuggets are underrated here.We played the best team in the league both years in the playoffs. We gained some experience from it.We will not lose to the Clippers.
My predictions:MemphisWashington And whoever thinks Spurs were gonna loose in the first round is mistaken hugely.
Grizzlies definitely. They play tenacious defense and are dangerous on offense as well. They're better than their record shows.
So you think Grizz will upset the Mavs mavsfan? Because that's who were playing first round right now.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Wow the Nuggets are underrated here.We played the best team in the league both years in the playoffs. yeah....the lakers have a descent chance of playing the spurs in the first round so you can forget them as a team that can pull of an upset.....but i say Sac if they dont play the spurs and possibly the Nuggets.....I agree with Ballaholic. They played the spurs really well last year.
Matchups. Clipps can upset the Nuggets, but the Grizzles can't. So it depends there. I think Sacramento or the Lakers could beat the Suns.I think Washington can upset the Cavs in the east. The lack of playoff experience from the coaches to the players could be their down fall. Washington at least has a little playoff experience.I'd be surprised if there were any other upsets.

The additions of Eddie Jones and Bobby Jackson along with Mike Miller being the perfect 6th man make the Grizzlies very dangerous. Also they are the best defense or one of the best defenses in the league which bolds well their chances in the playoffs. Hopefully the mavs get the Clippers and not the Grizzlies. Pau Gasol is a beast.
If dallas manage to get homecourt advantage then maybe they can pull of an upset.edit: Lakers will not the beat the suns. Let's be realistic.
I say Nets or Sacramento. You never know. Those teams are hot right now. And Sacremento is now a premier offensive team with someone like Ron Artest defending the perimeter. The Nets had that huge win streak a while back. Their big 4 are hot right noiw and they are ready to set off. There could be an upset there in the 2nd ior 3rd round.
The Lakers will not beat the Suns. I think the Clippers could do pretty well considering how there season has gone so far. It all depends how the bracket comes out.

The other day Real Deal was talking about how Kobe scored 51 points on like, 58% shooting and the Lakers still lost pretty heftily. How much better does everyone think he can do? Since Kobe scored 81, everyone thinks he'll do it again. Since he scored 62 in 3, everyone thinks he'll do it again. Kobe will never do either of those things again, and we've already seen 51 isn't enough. Phoenix is just too darn good.

The Nuggets can play tough with the Grizz, but they can also outrun the Grizz everytime. The Nuggets are 2-1 this season against them, the 1 loss being when the Nuggets were on the long 7 road games in 10 day stretch thing. But the Nuggets have scored an average of 105 points per game against one of the best defenses in the league.
