Big arm and fastest 40's is what Al likes. The Raiders DB's are all over the place. Impressive outing by them so far.
Too many QB's have been drafted based on stuff like that. I'd draft a rookie QB based on the following attributes, in order of importance: 1. Accuracy 2. Pocket Presence 3. Throwing Technique/Fundamentals 4. Arm Strength 5. Pre-Snap Reads 6. Scrambling Ability
We all know Nnamdi is good. Chris Johnson is the key as hes going to get thrown at a ton being opposite Aso. He was money after we cut DeAngelo Hall last season and hes looking just as good now. Tyvon Branch also looking great at FS. Hiram Eugene invisible at FS but I suppose that also means hes not making huge mistakes either. Rout is really inconsistent so hes probably our weakness at nickel CB. I think it all goes back to Seymour though. Al's defensive philosphy is only rush your front four and have your CBs cover one on one with WRs. Its basically retarded in today's NFL but hes managed a way to get one guy in Aso who's a lockdown CB one on one. Chris Johnson now looking pretty good as the other CB. With Seymour you have a guy who beasts on motherfuckers even when blocked by the LT and LG simultaneously. That means Tommy Kelly, Greg Ellis, Gerard Warren, and Trevor Scott go one on one with their blocker wihch makes thme look better. We'll still get owned on D I think though heh heh.
Make JaMarcus beat you. I still think this is San Diego's game to lose, even though Oakland's been dominating, sorta.
