Yeah, but he schooled Dirk, so Dirk leads the schooling, 1-0. Find me a video in which Kobe schools Dirk...

Find me a video in which Kobe schools Dirk...</div>Last time i checked Kobe scored 61 points in 3quarters. i'd say there has to be at least one time where kobe schooled dirk. I know your going to say that dirk never gaurded him, but for crying out loud. 61 in 3 quarters. i'd say that is a schooling. oh, and this is coming from a Mavs fan too.
Yeah Dirk got switched onto Kobe many times in that game. That is why Kobe got 61. The mismatches and the mavs not getting back on defense.
Kobe scored 62 points against the mavs, the whole mavs team scored 61...In my opinion not only did Kobe school Dirk Nowitzki he schooled the whole team period

Alrite, my Lakers and Bulls used to be my favorite, but that's when I learned about Nowitzki, lol...I mean, do you really want Phil to waste his years in a rebuilding stage??

He's helping the Lakers return to prominence. He said it himself he doesn't expect to win a championship in his three years in LA.

Were not a team full of old vets. Our best player is only 27, and add to that a young core. I don't get how this is it. Mavs are lucky to be one of the top teams and to have a nice future as well.

The Lakers are rebuilding.
Still doesn't discount that the Mavs do have young players and have something to build on if we don't win it this year or the next. Dirk is about the same age as Kobe.
