Re: UFC 103: Franklin vs. Belfort (Sep. 19th) The last time the UFC was in Texas, at UFC 69, no fighters were drug tested. The rules of combat sports in Texas do not require testing (then or now). This time around the UFC has specifically requested drug testing for their fighters. Goes to show how serious the UFC is about it.
