Do the river walk--it runs between the Hawthorne and Steel bridges. You can swing by the Rose Quarter Blazer store and pick up some swag. I love the view of downtown from the East Side of the Willamette.
take a stroll in any of our city parks... or head down to old town and get shit-faced with the bums... barfo
Council crest park is nice if you like views (if today provides a view). You can see all the major mountains.
