Glad to see Devin Harris back. Hopefully we can get him at a high level by the time the playoffs start. Also Dallas will play much better I feel when they get home. The road schedule has been brutal but now the mavs will be at home for the last 2 games and the start of the playoffs. Practices will help the mavs get back in sync.
I know with all the injuries and such but do you think dallas can get that form they had earlier on? Have they peaked?Tonight was tech galore.
I would be more afraid of Dallas peaking if they went on a long winning streak right before the playoffs like last year. Dallas might hit their peak in second round. That is what I'm hoping for.
Yeah, and Dirk was ON FIRE, so we need him to lots of stuff against Utah. Last 2 game are at home, right?
Man what I like is that Dirk hasn't lost his touch all season, he's not hit a slump all season, no matter how everyone else and the team is doing. What I don't like, is that unlike Kobe, when Dirk is on fire, the team isn't lifted like when Kobe is. I mean when Dirk scores 30-40, we still need Terry, Stack, or Howard to score 20 too, and if none of them do, we lose. And really mavsfan, I can't believe you started a thread to talk about about Harris playing in a loss...lol.Man you love that kid, I just hope he becomes 3/4 the player you THINK he is.
Howard has improved his shot these yrs hes been in the league so maybe next yr. we will see him get more consistent.and about harris, i hope he is 100% when the playoffs start, but i dont think he will be, he was out for a while and itll take a some time for him to get back, maybe he'll get to 100% in the middle of the 1st rd.
I dont' think Harris will get back to 100% healthy until the second round, which, unfortunately, could be too late for him to be healthy.Howard's shot will get better as he gets more experience.
How is it too late? Harris at 100% against the spurs would be perfect time. I think the mavs can beat either the Clippers or Grizzlies. They aren't as good as the rockets team last year I feel. There is no shooting guard on either team that will kill us like Mcgrady.
No man, I said that Harris will be getting healthy DURING the SA series, not BY that series. I don't think a few games will be enough for him to get back to the comfort level he needs.
I think 8 games will be enough for Harris if he stays healthy to be ready by the time they play San Antonio.
