The problem I have with Rampage backing out of this fight is that the whole season of TUF10 is a build up to it and it's understood that the coaches will fight soon after the season ends.

Rampage was given a coaching gig with the understanding he'd be fighting Evans after the TUF10 finale and he's screwed those plans up. I've lost a lot of respect for Rampage over this decision and can't be a fan of his because he doesn't give a shit about the fans.

The UFC specifically booked the event for Memphis because it's Page's hometown. Then he backed out. Dana has every right to be upset.

DALLAS – UFC president Dana White and former light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson are once again on speaking terms.

But that doesn't mean the UFC exec is happy to hear what the aspiring actor has to say.

White confirmed at UFC 103's post-event press conference that he and Jackson have mended their recently broken relationship – and that Jackson may be out even longer than anticipated.

"[Filming of 'The A-Team'] was supposed to be done right around December," White said. "Now [Jackson] is saying that they have makeup dates and stuff like that, so he couldn't even fight in February."

Originally scheduled to face Rashad Evans in December, Jackson's current role as B.A. Baracus now he means he won't participate in that event. Or the UFC's traditionally large year-end show. Or the always star-studded Super Bowl weekend card.

White said "Rampage" is still interested in fighting against his "The Ultimate Fighter 10" coaching rival. But determining when it could happen is an entirely different story.

"We kind of made up," White said. "We're going to figure it out. [Jackson] wants the Rashad fight. He's in Vancouver doing this movie. It is what it is. Now we just have to figure out when. We'll see what happens."

Despite apparently moving past the troubles that have led White to recently unleash a few profanity laden tirades directed at Jackson, the UFC exec admitted he's still a bit upset at the circumstances.

"'Rampage' is an active fighter that took that spot on 'The Ultimate Fighter,' and he can say he did it for me or whatever, but there was a commitment there to fight at the end of the show," White said. "He could have fought in that fight and went and did seven movies for all I care. He could have took four years off and did whatever he wanted to do. He was obligated to take that fight.

"We put him on the show. Rashad went on the show, and Rashad is sitting on the sidelines. It affected a lot of different things."

While White has continued to support a near-retired Chuck Liddell's decision to appear on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars," the UFC boss said his active fighters putting their primary careers on hold is a different story.

And to add insult to injury, White feels his fighters are being lied to in the process.

"Hollywood is a pain in my ass sometimes," White said. "The reality is that you get these Hollywood agents that start talking all this smack about what these guys are going to get, and these Hollywood agents deliver about four percent of what they're talking. They usually don't deliver.

"They got [Jackson] thinking that they're going to make this movie for nothing, and then the sequel he'll make $20 million."

With that negotiating strategy in mind, White joked he could provide an equally enticing offer.

"I'll pay [Jackson] nothing to fight Rashad, and then give him $20 million for the rematch."
