Alrite, I'm a Mavs fan, and I'm not even much of a Billups fan, buth Nash's only consideration comes from one side of the court. Billups can at least play MULTIPLE sides...I'll give top 5...1. Chauncey Billups2. Steve Nash3. Jason Kidd (he's the best rebounder out of the group)4. Tony Parker (should get MVP talk)5. Jason Terry (winner/clutch)
^ Thank you Waqas. I like your list even though I think Nash has carried the Suns into the playoffs, along side Shawn Marion of course.

1. billups- never a liability on the court2. nash- even though he is a big liability on the defensive side of the ball it don't really matter cause he's never played on a team that is worth a damn on that side of the ball anyway, so him making everyone better on the offensive side of the ball makes him one of the best3. kidd- probably got robbed out of the mvp one year, took his team to the finals twice, and still makes everyone around him better
1. Billups. yeh teh team could have something to do with it, but he is a lockdown on defense and is a assist to turnover guy.2. Nash- His defense and turnovers kill him, yeh he can carry a fast apce offence and can pass and lalala all that stuf fyou hear, but he's canadian Lol.. jk3. Chris Paul-I dislike Chrispaul, just because its one of lefty's favorite players, so me putitng him here is saying something, the kid has nothing on his team and is putitng up magnificent numbers, will be better than all of them.

i have a biased opinion lol, im a Bulls fan. I think he can eventually become better than all of these players because he hasnt really had that much help around him yet.Kidd has Carter, jefferson, krstic around him which draws off so much pressure from him, and gives him more players to get him assists. Parker has duncan, ginobli and many other talented players to draw away the pressureNash's entire team can score with ease giving him so many options to go toJason terry averages only 2 more points than Hinrich and Hinrich avgs close to 3 more assists, and Terry has an allstar in Dirk on his teamBillups entire team is also very skilled and are all good scoring optionsHinrich doesnt have many scoring options to go to. Hes basically got Gordon and Nocioni. Deng hasnt been that great of a consistent scorer and either has Gordon. Hes got no post players with any offensive talent, yet he still does fairly well and manages to get 6assists a game and avg 15pts a game.
Kidd makes those guys better..I think Kidd is the best PG in the league because of what he has done to the Nets turning that franchise around completely..People are going to say Nash because of his numbers, but I think Kidd is the better player if I had to pick between them he would be my choice..
The main reason nash is usually the first guy picked is because without him the Suns seem to struggle. Kidd is a pretty good defender and pulls down a lot of rebounds for a guard. But you gotta admit that with all thoses stars around him he has so many options and not much pressure on him to be the scorer on the team. Hes definitely good tho. He would be in my top five, i just feel that if Hinrich were in that kind of situation he would flourish too.

He is the best passer in the league and he has such a determination to win every game. His competitivness goes unmatched and his defense is among the best in the league at the position..You mentioned rebounding, not only does he pull down alot, he is among the best the league has ever seen at the PG position, he is Mr. Triple Double. People say Kidd isnt as good because he cant score..They tend to forget he scored 18.7 ppg in NJ in 2002-2003, he can score if he wants to because he can use his speed to his advantage and has improved his three point shooting tremendously over time. He is in my mind the best PG in the league, you may say Im baised, but I think the fact that I watch every one of his games is what makes me even more convinced of his place in this league. They things I see him do on the court every night amaze me to this day and I give him all the credit for making this Nets team one of the elite teams in the league..Youre saying the Suns seem to struggle without Nash? Do you know were the Nets were before they got Kidd? They were the absolute laughingstock of the league. He turned that team around and made them winners. He made all of his teamattes better and ended up getting some of them some impressive contracts when they had a chance to sign with another team (Note how these players played after they left Kidd's team)...He is in my mind the best PG in the league..
Billups is clearly better than Nash. Nash doesn't play defense. Even a suns fan agrees with me he doesn't deserve the MVP and the suns would still make the playoffs without him.
Thats total bs. The suns would not make the playoffs without him. They can hardly manage when he is not playing. Who would run their offense, Barbosa? Pffh. They would be a lotto team my friend.
