"find a happy place" NINERS WEEK 3 RECAP ugh. that hurt. but kicks to the groin have that effect. and gut punches. actually it felt more like an old man sticking a knife into my ballbag and twisting ever so slowly. and then it was over. but there was no rush of endorphins to kick my system into shock. no relief from the pain. boo hoo. id like to give some credit to favre, that was an exceptional throw given the circumstances, and the catch was just as nice. stupid nice. i used to semi-like the vikings. no more. they are in raider territory for me. pure hatred. i always hated purple, and i try to steer clear of people eaters in the first place, so this isnt really too much of a stretch. i hate to gloat in the fact that i called Vernon Davis having a big day but neener neener. he went wild with one of his best days as a pro, ranking this one right after the day he signed his rookie deal for tens of millions of dollars. losing Gore was another eye poker, but i think we have a capable backup in coffee who should now get a chance to run up the middle for 3 yards on a regular basis. all in all we played well enough to win, and they played bad enough to lose. so.....bummer.
You guys played great given the circumstances; at least we found out your division is even weaker than last year. I hope Gore is ok as well.
