Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot Neither one of those teams deserve it. I hope they both lose the remainder of there games and the Magic steal it from them. The Magic has over achieved this year and I would love for them to make the PO's. Sixers have under achieved and so have the Bulls. It would be fitting for the Magic to get it. They are 1 1/2 out with both teams probably losing tonight. I am a fan of Webb, but AI is a ballhog, and Dwight Howard is a beast. Hopefully the Magic get in.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot Does it really matter. All three of those teams would get killed by the Pistons.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot Actually, if you would watch the Sixers play, you'd see that Webber is more of a ballhog than Iverson, and their real offensive problem is lack of a consistent third option. If it weren't for Iverson, Webber wouldn't be putting up 20 and 10 like he is right now.It would be interesting though to see the Magic come out of nowhere and steal the final playoff spot, but in order for that to happen the Magic would have to win the rest of their games (ending the season on a 10 game winning streak), and both the Bulls and the Sixers would have to lose 3 of their last 4 games.Watch out for the Magic next year though...
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot If the Magic haved overachieved theyn why arent they in the playoffs? And AI is not a ballhog. Watch some Sixers games before you go out and critcize him like that.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot Fine. They both dominate the ball. Their third option should be Iggy, he's really good. The Magic would only need to win 2 games, if the Bulls and sixers lost their last 3.

As a whole, the team has really underachieved this year, and hopefully we'll come back good and ready next year. Are you sure about that? Because during the Heat-Sixers game, they did the match and said the Magic would have to win out, and the Bulls and Sixers would have to lose 3 of their final 4.After looking at the standings, if the above happens (my scenario), all three teams would end the season with a 38-44 record, and Orlando probably holds the tiebreaker.Orlando's destiny is in it's own hand, because they host both Philadelphia and Chicago before the season ends.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot I don't understand why people say AI is a ball-hog. Maybe he was but he averages like 6 assists per game.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot Thats what I'm saying. Thats the highest average on the team!

They are probably the same people who believe Kobe shoots too much, but that is another topic in itself.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot When you have the ball all the time, you're naturally going to pass it a little. AI is still a ball hog. He takes most of the shots and occasionally drives and flips it off to Webber or someone or just lobs one to Iggy for the you-know-what.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot I don't think the Magic will make it. I see Chicago in the 8th seed. They just won against Washington.

It's ridiculous how limited the Sixers are offensively because of Webber's preference to shoot jumpers. AI is almost forced to give it up to Webber instead of dishing it off to the other players.Look at what he did in the two games (@ Chicago and @ Washington) that Webber missed... Obviously he isn't the best passer in the world, but he's doing his job, and I can't be mad with him since he is much more efficient this year than he ever has been in his career.
Re: 6ers and Bulls don't deserve the PO spot any team that is under .500 doesn't deserve a playoff spot. it looks like the 6th,7th and 8th seeds are gonna be under .500 and that is just pathetic.
