    True, if you pay for the top tier lineup and rent a box for each tv, and live in their limited service area.

    Kind of like if it was only in the cities of Portland, Burlingame and Milwaukie, but not Beaverton, LO, Tigard, Gresham, Vancouver, or anywhere else in the valley.
