    Let's see, Islands which are built on the fault lines, and subduction zones, and in some cases, volcanoes. Yep, can't imagine there will ever be earthquakes or tsunamis there.

    To me, it's the same as people who build homes on flood planes, or on hillsides after they've cut down all the trees, or right on the coast, or on top of back fill, or next to a volcano. Just what the hell do you expect to happen?

    Gee, it must be God being mad (yes, I know you're kidding...I hope).
