There alot of players who came into the NBA expected not to be anything more then a average player who turned out to be stars. Manu Ginobli and Arenas happen to be some of our time. Karl Malone is another and he turned out to be a NBA hall of famer.

Kobe started at 18 so he has more miles on him than most players. I think he hit his prime already and will stay at this level a couple years and than start declining.

yes tis obvious you are one of the Kobe Haters, becuase you are scared to see greatness, so you put hate on him. That is clear by your above posts on the pasts pages, which is why you will not admit to take Kobe over LeBron..I have stated why i would take Kobe, and Kobe will play longer till he is 33. im just saying i think he has atleast 4-5 years of what he has been doing the past few seasons of statistics like that..

Big men are more important than Swingman, that is why if i were starting a franchise i'd take Hakeem over MJ.
I am gonna say Bron. Yes, big men are more valuable to a team as they are more rare and more efficient, but Bron is different. He is as efficient as most big men in the league, is the best passing foward in the league, a top 3 scorer, great rebounder, starting to mold into a clutch player, has all potential to be amazing defender....and is only 21. If I were to take a big man, I'd take Dwight Howard. If it weren't for injuries, I'd take Amare, but in past 3 years he has proven to be too unreliable. Dwight also has more potential, IMO.

Olajuwon is a great player but Jordan was unstoppable. 6 championships or 2 championships? If Jordan didn't miss those 2 years between than it would be 8 championships. Olajuwon had some pretty good players around him as well.
It's easier to complement a big man that is why i would take a good young bigman over a good young swigman.

A great swingman is just as valuable, if nto more valuable than a great big man.
An answer to the first question:1. Chris Paul because the point guard is the most important part if the team.2. Dwight Howard because it's so hard to find a great future big man now.
