I am trying to win a championship with everyteam, but only playing 5 years down the road. I will post every expericance as I go along. First was the hawks. This was going to be hard.Heres how it went:<u>Year 1 </u> I started off with the regular Hawks. I didnt try to do any moves this season, waiting for the off season to come. I just watched as we lost and lost, having a final record of 27-55. If anyone is wondering, the Spurs won the championship over the Nets, 4-2 (reminds me of something) That was a season to forget.<u>Offseason 1 </u> I was dissapointed in no big name free agents coming out this off-season, so I was going to most likey going to have another losing season. I let all my free agents go like Al Harrington and Lue. I draft high, got a good solid point guard named G.Spears. Also got a PF in E.Ownes. So my roster looked like this after the offseason:C-E.OwensPF-Marvin WilliamsSF-J.SmithSG-Joe JohnsonPG-G.Spears---------SG-ChildressC-J.ReinerPF-M.Stewart<u>Season 2 </u> I didnt like the 8 man rotaiton I had, so i decided to sign some solid guys. I signed Gary Peyton for 1 year, Spreewell for 1 year, David Wesley for 1 year, and Tim Thomas for 2. We were losing alot even with the added people, so i decided to shake things up. I traded E.Owens to the Nets alonge with a first round pick for Nened Kristic. It was risky because that first round pick would be a top 5 the way this season was going. Lucky for me, after the trade we went on a amazing run. We won the last 14 out of 20, to finish with a record of 35-47. The champs were the Pistons beating the rockets in 7 games.<u>Offseason 2 </u> I let the players I signed during the season go. I went into he draft with only a second round pick, and got nobody good with it. I went into free agency looking for a big player, and got my wish. Tracy McGrady was on the market. I managed to sign him for 6 years. I also signed Michael Sweatney and Bobby Jackson. So here was my roster after the offseason:C-KriticPF-WilliamsSF-McGradySG-Joe JohnsonPG-Spears--------SF-J.SmithSG-J.ChildressPG-B.JacksonSF-T.ThomasPF- M.Sweetney<u>Season 3 </u> Didnt do any moves this season, wanted to see hwo this team would do. And it turned out great. I went 59-23 with homecourt through out the playoffs. I watched us make it all the way to the fianls. I even watched out take a 3-1 series on the Suns. But we fell aprat and lost the series 4-3. Talk about a breakdown.<u>Offseason 3 </u> I resigned any players that were free agents. Thats the only thing I did this offseason.<u>Season 4 </u> No moves again, and I managed to go 55-27. I tied the Cavs for the best record, but I got the tie breaker. I made it to the finals again, sweeping the Cavs in the conference finals. I played Denver in the finals. We went up 3-1 on them, just one game away from the championship. We collapsed again, losing 4-3 in the finals. <u>Offseason 4 </u> I signed any free agents our team had. I was over the cap so I couldnt sign anyone. I did make a change though. I traded J.Smith to the Hornets for Chris Paul. Hopefully this will finally take us over the hump.<u>Season 5 </u> I didnt do any moves during the season, seeing if Chris Paul could be the missing piece. We went 56-26, again with the best record and home court in the playoffs. We sweept through the eastern conference, but the Mavs were waiting. We went down 3-2 to them, and I thought it was over. But this time it was our time to come back. We came back and one the championship, 4-3 over the Mavs. That wraps up the 5 year experiance for the Hawks.

I don't like doing this with Live because the drafting is unrealistic, you rearely get an All Star calibur player, and I've had 90 overall teams win 35 games. I like doing it more with the 2K Series
