Brandon 12 LaMarcus 12 Greg 13 Nic 13+ Steve 11 Rudy 10 Andre 9 Travis 3- Juwan 7 Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10
Funny how quickly Portland's longest-tenured player is going to be the first one to get dumped. And it won't even be close.
Play smarter, stay longer. Pretty simple to me. Brandon 13+ LaMarcus 12 Greg 13 Nic 13+ Steve 11 Rudy 10 Andre 9 Travis 2- Juwan 7 Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10
Brandon 13 LaMarcus 12 Greg 13 Nic 14 (+) Steve 11 Rudy 10 Andre 9 Travis 1 (-) Juwan 7 Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10
Brandon 13 LaMarcus 12 Greg 13 Nic 14 Steve 11 Rudy 10 Andre 10 (+) Travis 0 (-) Juwan 7 Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10 And it's done. Don't take it personal, Travis.
Kingspeed initially puts a target on the back of Outlaw by adding a +1 to him and it alone explains his ouster. Otherwise, I see a lot of morons posting in this thread.
Really? You really think Outlaw got ousted because there's "a lot of morons posting in this thread?" I knocked a point off because Travis is the most one-dimensional player on the team and causes me the most heartburn. I don't hate him, but out of everyone else on the team I see him as the squarest peg trying to fit a round hole. But thanks for the enlightening commentary about the intelligence of those posting in this thread anyway -- heady stuff.
Brandon 13 LaMarcus 12 Greg 13 Nic 14 Steve 12 (+) Rudy 10 Andre 9 (-) Juwan 7 Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10 (fixed, didn't see page 2) Here's the Kings version on BBF after 95 votes: Tyreke Evans (26) Sergio Rodriguez (3) Kevin Martin (27) Francisco Garcia (12) Andres Nocioni (17) -1 Jason Thompson (25) Spencer Hawes (21) +1
Brandon 13 LaMarcus 12 Greg 14 (+1) Nic 14 Steve 12 Rudy 10 Andre 9 Juwan 6 (-1) Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10
Well, I would rather have Juwan Howard as the 12th-15th man than Travis Outlaw as a backup PF/sixth man playing 27 minutes. Fair enough? I don't hate him, I just don't feel he has a place on this team if Batum and Webster will have the SF spot locked down (I'm not sold on Webster). In that case I don't mind him as a backup 4 for 8-16 minutes, but I have a feeling he will and walk as a FA, and I believe he would be a wasted asset.
Brandon 14 (+) LaMarcus 12 Greg 14 Nic 14 Steve 12 Rudy 10 Andre 8 (-) Juwan 6 Joel 10 Martell 10 Jerryd 10 Cunningham 10 Brandon needs to be the highest.
Then call me an imbecile, because for THIS team, I think Juwan Howard brings greater value than Travis Outlaw does.
Fixed. But seriously, for a 12-15 minute per night backup power forward I'd probably rather have Juwan's defense and ability to at least bang a little bit over a tweener who doesn't pass, defends poorly and rebounds like a middling small forward.
