For any who are interested in seeing the Kings scrimmage: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/2277563 Sergio will definitely play a lot of minutes on this team, he's already the best playmaker they have by far. The sad news though for Blazers fans is Jon Brockman, whom we traded with Sergio. He's a solid, highly active player with great fundamentals and a lot of hustle that gets results. He would have been a great fit here. Right now the Kings look like us 2 years ago, lots of youth, lots of energy, but little chemistry. A real challenge for Westphal.
I remember in the 06 fan fest in portland, and it was fairly empty and my friend said, "if this where Sacramento this place would be packed, now thats a small town that loves their team." Things sure have changed.
Since the games w/Sac won't be televised, I'm going to run both this stream and the Blazers Fanfest stream split screen at the same time while listening to the radio, assuming I can get a radio feed. Should be mildly entertaining.
