I hope that ump (whoever he is that blew the left-field line call) doesn't work another playoff game this season.
I just heard a baseball game got snowed out today, that is something I hate about baseball. I look forward to blazer games and they rarely ever get cancelled. I remember one getting cancelled because the hockey rink underneath was causing condensation on the floor. Then you sometimes get a cancelled game because they can't travel due to weather. The other reason is how one bad call can really ruin a game. It can happen in basketball but you score so many points that even if you do get robbed at the end you had your chances earlier in the game. One bad call in baseball does more damage IMO.
On this note, the new Twins stadium here is outdoors, and opens next year. But today it snowed. So if that playoff game would have been here in the new stadium, they wouldh ave played in 25 degree weather.
