Both of my quarterbacks are on bye this week. And I have to pick one qb off of waivers to be my starter for tomorrow. Who would you take

Trents Edwards at home versus the Cleveland Browns

    Or

David Garrard on the road versus the seahawks.

I don't like the matchup for David Garrard in Seattle versus that defense. The seahawk defense seems to play a lot better at home. That and David Garrard tends to have flakey moments or games. I can't help but to think that after three good weeks in a row, that moment is due to happen.

Trent Edwards on the other hand is playing behind a very poor offensive line and is coming off a bad week in Miami versus the Dolphins where he threw 3 interceptions. Most of the fantasy analysts are saying to bench him even though it is the Browns D he is facing.

In the end here, I just can't get comfortable with either one. Which one would you start?

Take Gerrard. Buffalo has a strong rushing attack between Lynch and Jackson. TO is throwing a hissy fit.

Thanks Max. The seattle defense scares me big time though. I think they are due for a big game. That and they are fighting for their playoff lives.

Yeah, but Sims-Walker has been tearing it up and the Seattle secondary is their weak link.

That's a good point and one I have read and thought about.

I would also say Garrard, he has been solid lately.. Can't say the same for Edwards.

    I'd go with Edwards.

Edwards has a better chance to throw a TD to TO than Gerrard has to whoever is on his team. I would go with Edwards. But I am a Bills fan and could be being a homer.

Edwards to TO hasn't really been working out that well.. On the other hand, Garrard to Sims-Walker has.

Looks like either way today he was screwed!!!!!!! Both teams (Bills and Jags), combined, so far have 3 points. And one game is done and the other is in the 4th quarter!

Byrd got a pick tho at least for the Bills.

Yeah the Bills lost to the Browns 6-3 and these are Derek Anderson's stats (HE PLAYED THE WHOLE GAME!)

    2-17 23 yards 0 TDs 1 INT

He played the whole game at QB and won a game in the national football league while only completing 2 passes for 23 yards.. man he must be great.

At least I was right about starting Garrard out of him and Edwards..

    I started Trent.

I could never get comfortable with Garrard in Seattle. In the end, it turned out to be the right move. Trent had four more points than Garrard.
